• Refund & Exchange Policy:
• Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.
• Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
  
  
• On-the-spot returns are accepted at delivery only the delivery fee will be charged. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed, you can only receive or return the whole package) 
  
  
• For exchanges, customers must submit an exchange request. Once approved, a new order will be placed, and shipping fees will apply.

• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.

Order & Payment Policy:

• Deposit for Large Orders: For orders containing four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, or it will be automatically canceled.
  
  
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will attempt to reach you three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: For customers with a history of two (2) previous canceled orders, the third order will require full upfront payment.

Product Defect Policy:

Defect Responsibility Period: OBI Boutique is responsible for any manufacturing defects on an item for a period of 30 days from the date of your order. Defects reported after this 30- day period cannot be accommodated.
